José Ludlow

CEO - PRODUCER

Jose attended USC School of Cinema of Television where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 1986 and represented the Cinema School for the USC Best Foreign Student Award.

In 1989 he entered the American Film Institute in the Director’s Program.

In 1990 he wrote and directed the short film “Mission Dolores” which won the Award of Excellence given by the Film Advisory Board Inc. and presented by Jack Lemon.

In 1994 KINEMA FILMS was created and a year later he produced SOLO for Universal Studios starring Mario Van Peebles and Adrian Brody. Since then, Jose´s line produced a high range of feature films including “I Still Know What You Did Last Summer” and three consecutive TV Features produced by Paramount Television.

Between 2003 and 2006 he produced the mini-series “Fidel” for Hallmark Television and Showtime and the feature film “Blow” starring Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz.

Jose’s carrier continued making several TV and Feature Films such as “Keep the Faith”, “Bermuda Triangle”, “The Librarian”, “The Air I Breath” with Brendan Fraser, Forest Whitaker, Kevin Bacon, Andy Garcia and Emile Hirsch. Jose’s next project was to produce in Colombia the highly acclaimed novel of Gabriel Garcia Marquez “Love in the Time of Cholera”.

Movies like “Dragon Ball”, and “Chronicles of Narnia” continued enriching Jose’s carrier.

In 2014 Jose produced his first long TV series “Texas Rising” with Brendan Fraser, Ray Liotta, Bill Paxton, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Olivier Martinez.

His two latest projects are “Coyote” produced by Sony Pictures, starring Michael Chiklis and “Washington Black”, produced by Disney/Fox created by Selwyn Hinds.

From all the previous Feature Films and TV shows, José has developed a very strong Production Service Company for the commercial world bringing together high level of professionals actively working in Mexico’s film industry. Companies like MJZ, Smuggler, Park Pictures, Stink, Anonymous Content have trusted him to develop several projects for the last 28 years.

Dalia Sierra

VP OF PRODUCTION- PRODUCER

Dalia has a degree in Communication Sciences (2001 to 2005) with a specialty in Cultural Management (2011).

For the last 16 years, Dalia has been working in the film industry. In her beginnings, she started developing workshops in Mexico with international personalities of the cinematographic world in collaboration with the International Film School “ San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba”.

She produced independent documentary projects as “Blattangelus” , “Aki Estamos” & “Ciudad Rural” between 2008 and 2011.

Working with the most recognized directors, photographers, production designers and producers have consolidated her capabilities to produce great projects with positive outcomes.

In 2011 Dalia started her career in Production Services, since then, she has worked in more than 70 commercials with international companies as MJZ, Caviar, Smuggler, Anonymous Content, Merman & Stink among others, all produced in Mexico.

She has also been involved in TV Shows like Rommanoffs (Prod. Supervisor / Amazon), S.W.A.T (Line Producer / Sony), Mayans (Line Producer / Fox), 911 (Production Supervisor / Fox), Coyote (Producer / Paramount Pictures), West World Ep 405,407,408 (Line Producer /HBO) and the most recent projects, Washington Black (Line Producer / Disney), Nimic - short Film (Line Producer in Mexico) and Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths (Production Supervisor) are also part of her career in cinema.

Lola Ovando

HOP & DEVELOPING

She is a Dramatic Arts graduate, she completed her studies in Cinema at one of the most important schools in Mexico. She has worked from directing to production in theatre, films, commercials, and TV series for twelve years.

She has been awarded the Ariel (Cinema Academy Mexican award) for best documentary film “Bajo la Tierra” in 2006.

In 2019, she founded the company MADRECINE producing the feature film Nudo Mixteco, which won in the International Film Festival Rotterdam the Emerging Filmmaker Award in 2021 . She also obtained the Ariel Award as a producer for best Opera prima for Nudo Mixteco in 2022. She has also directed a dozen short films that had been selected for International film festivals.

For eight years, she was the 1st Assistant Director in feature films and advertising; in her facet into the production world, she has developed her skills as production coordinator, production manager, line producer, production supervisor, and producer next to essential personalities in the industry working in projects as The Romanoffs (Matthew Weiner, 2018, chapter 6, season 1), SWAT (Alex Kayminos, 2018, chapter 212, season 2), NIMIC (Yorgos Lanthimos, 2020). Production supervisor in the series Coyote (Michelle Mclaren, six chapters, 2020), West World (Ep 405,407,408/HBO), Washington Black (Disney, 2022), and finally, facing a new reality after the pandemic, she has been COVID Protocol Supervisor in the series Narcos (Sixth season, eight chapters) and Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths (Alejandro González Iñárritu).
